Currently I'm trying to get Therapy and move out (Thumbs pressed). I've been to the Hospital several Times for these Disorders and it's been less than a Year since I got diagnosed with most of them (as of early 2026). I am getting Meds now though so that's a Win.
Growing up I don't remember a single severe Event causing all of my Mental Issues, maybe that's because I don't realise how bad Things were or maybe it's just a lot of little Things that added up over Time. Either way I never see Anybody with the same little Things causing this much Disstress so i wanted to share my Experiences here
Anxiety Disorders are Classified in the ICD-11 under 6B0_. Starting with 6B00 - Generalised anxiety disorder and ending on 6B0Z - Anxiety fear-related disorders, unspecified; Anxiety Disorders are some of the most commonly diagnosed Mental Health Disorders. For many People this Condition is temporary and it's responding well to Therapy. Most commonly this Disorder can be cured or treated via Behavioural Therapy, Psychoanalysis or in severe Cases or due to comorbidity with Antidepressants. Most People experience Anxiety and at least one Panic Attack in their Lifetime, it becomes an Issue once it significanly impacts your Life.
I'm not sure if I got Diagnosed with GAD (6B00) or if it's unspecified (6B0Z) for now. I am basically constantly anxious and it leads to me avoiding a lot lol. I also got diagnosed with 6B01 - Panic Disorder, because I have daily(!) Panic Attacks, most of the time several a Day... I see a lot of People online confuse Anxiety Attacks with Panic Attacks, so for the record, Anxiety Attacks are not a recognised Condition and therfore have no congruent Criteria, meanwhile Panic Attacks are classified as a State of severe Anxiety with several physical Symtoms lasting less than a Minute up to an Hour and they do not have to be obvious!! Silent Panic Attacks usually have internalized Symptoms (eg. swating, flat breathing, racing heart, depersonalisation, tingling and so on) and are rarley noticed by surounding People! Every type of Panic Attack is equally valid and debilitating! Depending on Symptoms and Duration the Severity of the Attacks usually differs. This is by far my most noticable Disorder.

There's also some less healthy Coping Skills, which I won't share for obvious reasons.
